81 Determinations The Tribunal shall hear and determine, in relation to each matter referred to it under section 51(b) or this Part: (a) whether the claimant for compensation is entitled to compensation under this Act; and (b) the amount of compensation to which the claimant is entitled, and may recommend that the Minister grant the claimant a loan under rule 11 of Schedule 2.
