55 Warrants (1) A Local Court Judge may, on the application of the Minister, issue a warrant under this section. (2) A warrant issued under this section shall be addressed to a member of the Police Force. (3) A warrant issued under this section authorises the person to whom it is addressed to: (a) enter onto the acquired land specified in the warrant;
Lands Acquisition Act 1978 41 (b) deliver possession of the acquired land to the Territory; and (c) use such force as is reasonably necessary to execute the warrant.
