#### 17 Transfer of specified assets, rights and liabilities 17 Transfer of specified assets, rights and liabilities > > (1) The Minister may, by order in writing, transfer to the Corporation such of the assets, rights and liabilities of the following corporations as are specified or referred to in the order: > > > > > (a) the New South Wales Land and Housing Corporation, > > > > > (b) the Ministerial Development Corporation. > > > (2) Such an order may be made on such terms and conditions as are specified in the order. > > > (3) Schedule 1 applies to a transfer under this section.
