Tasmania act
This Act amends the Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993 and takes effect on the day it receives Royal Assent (s 2). It records that the substantive changes have been incorporated into the authorised version (s 4) and automatically repeals itself one year after commencement (s 5). The mechanical effect is to alter the Principal Act’s text for a limited period, affecting agencies, applicants and others subject to that Act.
