Tasmania act
This Amendment alters the application clause of the Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993 to explicitly include “reserved land” as defined in the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1970 while inserting an exclusion in the same subsection. It affects landowners, land managers and regulators by changing which parcels fall under the planning law and creates a modest compliance and interpretation task for administrators who must determine how the new inclusion and exclusion operate (see section 4).
