### 68 Enforcement of judgments, &c., for compensation > [*\[Section 68 Amended by No. 85 of 1997, Sched. 4, Applied:01 Jan 1998\]*](/view/html/inforce/1998-01-01/act-1997-085#JS4@Ja5@GC36@EN) Compensation under this Division is not to be enforced before the expiration of one month from the date of the determination under [section 66](#GS66@EN) or, if a notice has been given by the planning authority under [section 67](#GS67@EN) [(1)](#GS67@Gs1@EN) , until after the expiration of 3 months from the date of the notice or, if within that period a variation of the scheme is submitted to the Commission, until that variation has either come into operation or been disapproved by the Commission.
