### 60ZZN Final assessment report to be prepared > [*\[Section 60ZZN Inserted by No. 21 of 2020, s. 12, Applied:28 Oct 2020\]*](/view/html/inforce/2020-10-28/act-2020-021#GS12@EN) The Panel must, after making a decision under [section 60ZZM(1)](#GS60ZZM@Gs1@EN) in relation to a major project, prepare a report (a ***final assessment report***) in relation to the major project, setting out – > > > > (a) the reasons for the decision; and > > > > > (b) if the decision is to grant a major project permit in relation to the project on conditions or restrictions, those conditions or restrictions and the reasons for imposing them on the permit.
