> > (1) A person or body may make to the Commission a representation in relation to a draft amendment of the SPPs that is available for viewing by the public at exhibition premises in accordance with [section 30K(6)(a)](#GS30K@Gs6@Hpa@EN) .

> > (2) A representation in relation to a draft amendment of the SPPs –

> > > > (a) is to be made under [subsection (1)](#GS30L@Gs1@EN) within the exhibition period in relation to the draft amendment of the SPPs; and

> > > > (b) must be made by submitting the representation to the premises, or to the electronic address, that are specified, in accordance with [section 30K(3)(c)](#GS30K@Gs3@Hpc@EN) , in the exhibition notice in relation to the draft amendment of the SPPs.
