56 General covenants implied in dealings

[Section 56 Amended by No. 23 of 2021, s. 56, Applied:01 Jan 2022] In every dealing charging, creating, or transferring an estate or interest in registered land, there shall be implied a covenant by the party charging, creating, or transferring the estate or interest that the party will do such acts and execute such dealings as may be necessary to give effect to all covenants, conditions, and purposes expressly set forth in the dealing, or by this Act declared to be implied against that party in dealings of a like nature.
