91 Covenants to be implied in subleases
In addition to the covenants declared by this Act to be implied in
every registered lease, there shall be implied in every registered
sublease the following covenant with the sublessee by the sublessor,
that is to say:
That the sublessor will during the term thereby granted pay the rent
reserved by, and perform and observe the covenants and agreements
contained in, the head lease, and on his or her part to be paid,
performed and observed.
