52 Issue of new certificate of title after change in register (1) If an interest in land is registered, the registrar-general must give the party that lodged the relevant instrument for registration a certificate of title showing the interest. (2) The registrar-general must keep— (a) each registered instrument; and (b) any document lodged with the instrument. instrument includes a caveat, grant or Crown lease.
