31 If caveat be received within time limited proceedings stayed Upon receipt of any such caveat within the time limited by him or her for the purpose, the registrar-general shall notify the receipt thereof to the applicant, and shall suspend further action in the matter, and the lands in respect of which the caveat is lodged shall not be brought under this Act until the caveat has been withdrawn or has lapsed from any of the causes provided in section 32, or until a decision has been obtained from the court.
