27 Applicant may withdraw application
Any applicant may withdraw his or her application at any time before
the registrar-general registers the applicant’s interest in the land, and
the registrar-general shall in that case, upon request in writing signed
by the applicant, return to him or her or the person (if any) notified in
the application as having a lien upon the documents, the abstract and
all documents of title deposited by the applicant for the purpose of
supporting his or her application.
