25 Registrar-general bringing land under Act
If, within the time limited by the registrar-general or under any order
of the court, any notice forwarded by registered letter in accordance
with section 24 is not returned by the postmaster-general, and if
within the time so limited the registrar-general has not received a
caveat as described in this Act forbidding him or her so to do, and, in
any case in which personal notice has been required as aforesaid, if
the registrar-general has received proof to his or her satisfaction that
the notice has been served, the registrar-general shall bring the land
described in the application under this Act by registering the
applicant’s interest in the land.
