19 Judge may order production of deeds for purpose of
application
(1) The judge of the court may, on the application of any person seeking
to bring land under this Act, order any specified person who has in
his or her possession or under his or her control any deed, document,
instrument or evidence of title relating to or affecting the land, to
produce, at the office of the registrar-general, on a day to be named
in the order, the deed, document, instrument or evidence for the
perusal of the registrar-general.
(2) Any order under subsection (1) shall be upon such terms and subject
to such conditions as to costs or otherwise as the judge deems fit.
