180 Savings of titles with words ‘no survivorship’ endorsed
Despite the repeal of sections 126 and 127 of this Act made by the
Land Titles (Amendment) Act 1995, section 126 (2) (so far as it
requires the sanction of the court or the judge for any dealings) and
section 127 continue to apply to a registered title that on 19 June 1996
had the words ‘no survivorship’ endorsed on it.
