162A Amend or alter name or address entered in register
The registrar-general shall—
(a) on receipt of a written request made by a person whose name is
entered in the register or his or her legal practitioner; and
(b) on production of any further evidence required by the
registrar-general;
amend or alter the name or address entered in the register in relation
to that person.
