156 Notice of action
(a) there is a proceeding against the Territory to recover damages
under section 143 (Damages in certain cases) or section 155
(When actions may lie against registrar-general as nominal
defendant); and
(b) either—
(i) judgment is given for the defendant; or
(ii) the plaintiff ends the proceeding.
(2) The plaintiff is liable to pay the defendant’s full costs of defending
the proceeding.
