139 Determination of fees, charges and other amounts
(1) The Minister may determine fees, charges or other amounts for the
following Acts or in relation to the exercise of a function of the
registrar-general relating to the register that is not expressly provided
for in any of the following Acts:
(a) this Act;
(b) the Community Title Act 2001;
(c) the Districts Act 2002;
(d) the Duties Act 1999;
(e) the Land Titles (Unit Titles) Act 1970;
(f) the Retirement Villages Act 2012.
Examples—matters for which the Minister may determine fees etc
1 Lodgment of any document affecting land, or any other document, whether or
not expressly provided for in any Act.
2 Issue or acceptance of any document or form (whether approved or otherwise)
by the registrar-general in the exercise of a function of the registrar-general in
relation to the register, whether or not the function is expressly provided for in
any Act.
3 Inspection of the register.
4 Inspection of a document held by the registrar-general that affects land.
5 Examination by the registrar-general of a document printed without the
registrar-general’s seal.
(2) A determination is a disallowable instrument.
