138B Registration of declaration by executor
Any instrument by which an executor declares that he or she holds as
trustee or beneficiary, as the case may be, may be registered by the
registrar-general and the registrar-general shall, after such evidence
is given as he or she requires, and after notice is given to such persons
as he or she directs, enter, vary, or withdraw caveats, as the case
requires, and make such entry in the register as is necessary.
