130 Powers of attorney
(1) The registered proprietor of any land or interest under this Act may,
by executing a power of attorney, authorise and appoint a person to
act for and on his or her behalf in respect of the transfer or other
dealing with the land or interest in accordance with this Act.
(2) An instrument executed under a power of attorney must not be
registered under this Act unless the power of attorney has been
registered under the Registration of Deeds Act 1957.
