128 Registrar-general to carry out order of court vesting trust

(1) Whenever any person interested in land under this Act, appears to the
court or the judge thereof to be a trustee of the land within the intent
and meaning of any law or Act relating to trustees then in force in the
ACT, and any order is made in the premises by the court or judge, the
registrar-general on being served with an office copy of the order
shall enter in the register the date of the order, the date and hour of its
service and the name and residence of the person in whom the order
purports to vest the land, and that person shall thereupon be deemed
to be the registered proprietor of the land.
(2) Unless and until that entry is made, the order shall have no effect or
operation in transferring or otherwise vesting the land.
