123G Building management committee—procedure
Unless the building management statement explicitly provides
otherwise, a building management committee must comply with the
following:
(a) the committee must meet at least once a year;
(b) each committee member must be given at least 7 days notice of
the scheduled meeting of the committee;
(c) a meeting of the committee must not proceed without a majority
of members being present;
(d) a decision of the committee is valid only if it is a decision of the
majority of members present and voting at the meeting where
the decision is made;
(e) any other committee procedure prescribed by regulation.
