108C Registration of memorandum of discharge Upon the production to the registrar-general of a memorandum of discharge under the Rates and Land Rent (Relief) Act 1970, the registrar-general shall— (a) register the memorandum; and (b) make an entry in the register noting that the charge created by the registration of the notice of the determination referred to in the memorandum is discharged.
