108B Effect of registration of determination A notice of a determination made under the Rates and Land Rent (Relief) Act 1970, section 3 shall, when registered under this Act, have effect as a charge securing the payment to the Territory of an amount equal to the amount for which the person to whom the determination relates becomes, whilst the determination remains in force, indebted to the Territory under that Act and the payment to the Territory of interest payable under that Act, section 4 (3) or 16, or both.
