107C Successive caveats
(1) Where a caveat has been removed by the registrar-general in
accordance with section 107 (2), the registrar-general shall not enter
on the register any subsequent caveat affecting the same land or
interest by the same person, or for the same purpose, except by order
of the court.
(2) Where a subsequent caveat of the kind referred to in subsection (1)
has been entered on the register, other than by order of the court, the
(a) give notice to the caveator that the caveat will be removed; and
(b) not less than 14 days after the date of service of the notice,
remove the caveat from the register, unless the court otherwise
orders.
