107B Removal of caveat by registrar-general
Where the registrar-general is satisfied that a caveator has acquired,
by registration of a memorandum of transfer or other document, the
whole of the land or interest in respect of which the caveat is lodged,
the registrar-general may remove the caveat from the register, unless
the court otherwise orders.
