107A Effect on dealings
(1) While a caveat remains in force prohibiting the registration of a
document, the registrar-general shall not register the document,
(a) the court otherwise orders; or
(b) the caveator consents in writing to the registration of that
document.
(2) Subsection (1) does not operate to prohibit the registration of a
document lodged in registrable form before the caveat was lodged.
