103H Incorporeal rights—extinguishment
(1) The registrar-general may register a memorandum of extinguishment
of incorporeal right.
(2) On registration of a memorandum of extinguishment of incorporeal
right, the registrar-general shall make such entries in the register as
are necessary to record the extinguishment and preserve the record.
