103G Incorporeal rights—registration
(1) The registrar-general may register a memorandum of incorporeal
right that creates an incorporeal right other than an annuity or rent
charge.
(2) Where the registrar-general registers a memorandum under
subsection (1), he or she or she shall enter in the register such
particulars of the incorporeal right, and of the land burdened or
benefited by the right, as he or she considers necessary.
