103A Registration of memoranda of provisions
(1) A person may present for registration a memorandum containing
provisions that are to be incorporated by reference in—
(a) leases or subleases that are to be prepared or executed by the
person; or
(b) memoranda of mortgage that are to be prepared or executed by
the person; or

(c) memoranda of encumbrance that are to be prepared or executed
by the person.
(2) A memorandum referred to in subsection (1) shall be signed by the
person for whom it is lodged or by his or her legal practitioner.
(3) The registrar-general shall, upon presentation to him or her of a
memorandum that is in registrable form, register the memorandum.
