7 Form of instruments (1) An instrument lodged by a person or issued by the Registrar- General must be in the appropriate form. (2) An instrument required or permitted to be executed must be in the appropriate form when it is executed. (3) The Registrar-General may register an instrument that is not in the appropriate form if the Registrar-General is satisfied it is not reasonable to require the instrument to have been executed in the appropriate form. (4) Subsection (3) does not apply to an instrument that is an electronic conveyancing document.
