54D Registration of statement reflecting approved reinstatement process The Registrar-General may register a subsequent scheme statement reflecting an approved reinstatement process as defined in section 58(1) of the Unit Title Schemes Act 2009 only if: (a) a statement specifying the process has been lodged; and (b) if the implementation of the process requires the registration of a plan of subdivision or plan of consolidation – the plan has been lodged.
