43 Transfer of land forming part of indefeasible title If the Registrar-General registers an instrument of transfer of a lot or lots (being only part of the land in the indefeasible title), the Registrar-General must create separate indefeasible titles for the lot or lots transferred and for the lot or lots not transferred by cancelling the single set of particulars for the lots and including separate particulars for the lot or lots not transferred.
