36 Removal of memorials (1) The Minister may direct the Registrar-General to remove a memorial made under section 34 or 35 if the Minister is satisfied the reason for the entry of the memorial no longer exists. (2) The Registrar-General must remove the memorial on being directed under subsection (1).
