24 Notice to witness (1) The Registrar-General may, by written notice given to a person, require the person to attend the inquiry at a specified time and place as a witness to give evidence or produce specified documents or things. Land Title Act 2000 19 (2) A person required to appear as a witness before the inquiry is entitled to: (a) the witness fees that are prescribed; or (b) if no witness fees are prescribed – the reasonable witness fees decided by the Registrar-General.
