219 Application (1) The amendments apply to a plan of subdivision, or a plan of consolidation, lodged with the Registrar-General on or after the commencement. (2) In this section: amendments means the amendments made to this Act by the Land Title and Related Legislation Amendment Act 2008. commencement means the commencement of the amendments. (2) In this section: commencement means the commencement of the amendments of this Act made by the Unit Title Schemes Act 2009.
