20 Registrar-General may decide to hold inquiry The Registrar-General may decide to hold an inquiry under this Division: (a) to decide whether the land register should be corrected; (b) to decide whether a person should produce an instrument for the purposes of registering a dealing; (c) to consider whether a person has fraudulently or wrongfully obtained, kept or procured an instrument affecting land in the (d) to consider whether a person has fraudulently or wrongfully procured a particular in the land register or an endorsement on an instrument affecting land; (e) in circumstances that may be prescribed.
