197J Review by NTCAT A person who is aggrieved by a decision of the Registrar-General made in the performance or purported performance of a function under this Act, except under section 27, 28, 190, 191 or 194, may apply to NTCAT for review of the decision. Note for section 197J The Northern Territory Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2014 sets out the procedure for applying to the Tribunal for review and other relevant matters in relation to reviews.
