197E Instruments to be executed by natural persons (1) If a law practice is authorised under a client authorisation to execute instruments on behalf of a natural person, the instruments must be executed by: (a) a person who is a legal practitioner of the law practice; or (b) a conveyancing agent who is an employee of the law practice. (2) If a conveyancing agent that is a body corporate is authorised under a client authorisation to execute instruments on behalf of a natural person, the instrument must be executed by a conveyancing agent who is a director or employee of the agent.
