190 Action to correct wrong inclusion of lot (1) If the Registrar-General is satisfied that section 189(1)(f) applies to an indefeasible title, the Registrar-General may correct the indefeasible title. (2) A person affected by the correction may apply to the Supreme Court for an order that the correction be amended or set aside. (3) The application must be made within one month after the person receives the written notice of the correction.
