185 Effect of registration on interest
On an instrument being registered that is expressed to transfer or
create an interest in a lot, the interest:
(a) is transferred or created in accordance with the instrument;
(b) is registered; and
(c) vests in the person identified in the instrument as the person
entitled to the interest.
