182 Evidentiary effect of recording particulars in land register In all proceedings, the particulars of a registered instrument recorded in the land register are conclusive evidence of: (a) the registration of the instrument; (b) the contents of the instrument; (c) all terms stated or implied in it by this or another Act; and (d) when the instrument was lodged and registered.
