164 Pre-examination of plans (1) Nothing in this Act prevents the Registrar-General from examining a plan of survey and related instruments deposited before the plan: (a) is approved under the Licensed Surveyors Act 1983; (b) is approved under the Planning Act 1999; or (c) lodged for registration. (2) Section 155 applies to a plan and related instruments deposited under subsection (1).
