160 Obligations of witness for natural person
A person who witnesses an instrument executed by a natural
person must:
(a) first take reasonable steps to ensure that the person is the
person entitled to sign the instrument;
(b) have the person execute the document in the presence of the
person; and
(c) not be a party to the instrument.
