152 When instrument capable of registration An instrument is able to be registered only if: (a) it complies with this Act; (b) it appears on its face to be capable of being registered; and (c) it is an accompanied by any form of application that may be required by the Registrar-General under the Registrar- General's directions or required by this or another Act.
