133 Effect of registering writ of execution For purchasers, lessees, mortgagees and creditors, a writ of execution: (a) cannot bind or affect registered lots until it is registered, whether or not there is actual or constructive notice of the writ; and (b) binds or affects registered lots only if the writ is executed and put in force within: (i) 12 months after the date it is issued; or (ii) an extended time allowed by the court if the extension is filed and notified to the Registrar-General.
