13 Registrar-General may authorise printing and sale of forms (1) The Registrar-General may, on reasonable terms, authorise a person to print and sell the appropriate form for an instrument other than a certificate as to title. (2) A direction in or under this Act that an appropriate form is to be used applies equally to a form to the like effect or for a similar purpose authorised in conformity with this Act.
