129 Registering personal representative (1) A person may lodge an application to be registered as personal representative for a registered proprietor of a lot or an interest in a lot who has died. (2) The Registrar-General may register the lot or the interest in the lot in the name of the person as personal representative if: (a) the person has obtained a grant of representation or the resealing of a grant of representation in the Territory; and (b) the grant or resealing (or an office copy of the grant or resealing issued by the Supreme Court) is deposited.
