126 Instrument of transfer to trustee
(1) An instrument of transfer may be lodged:
(a) to transfer an interest in a lot to a trustee; or
(b) by the registered owner to declare that the registered owner
holds the interest in a lot as trustee.
(2) The Registrar-General may register the instrument of transfer.
